DRUM ROLL PLEASE!… LOUDER ! 🥁
We were so inspired by Peter Doherty and Frederic Lô concert we had to rebake our infamous 2017 Albion Forever Pie (aka the first music-inspired cake creation we ever made… and it shows).
Here it is, our brand new 2022 version: flaky buttery crust, silky dark chocolate ganache, topped with double cream and fresh berries… Oh la la ! To bring a shambolic touch, we added some chocolate and almond crumble. Needless to say, contrary to the 2017 dessert, this beauty contains absolutely no food coloring whatsoever! 🙈
