We saw the supersonic documentary Moonage Daydream this weekend and questioned the very meaning of our artistic lives. By the age of 36, David Bowie was the proud genitor of 15 albums. Can we relate? No. But what we can do is bake 15 eclairs to celebrate the undisputed genius of Mr. Bowie.
Paying tribute to two of our fave incarnations, Aladdin Sane and the Thin White Duke, here are our “Milk & Peppers” eclairs: a rich vanilla whipped cream, redcurrants, buttery crust, a pinch of piment d’espelette, and lots of awesomeness.
Possibly a nod to that infamous period Bowie notoriously survived on milk, red peppers and some other kind of sugar… 😶
